Man kann am LinuxTag ein LinuxTag-Kit kaufen, das enthält neben der Eintrittskarte die Tagungs-CD, ein Linux-Livesystem, einen Pin und noch ein paar Extras. Die Besucherzählung durch das Registrationsformular oder wenigstens Abgabe des GPL-Ticket brauchen wir wegen der Statistik aber unbedingt.

Wer zusätztlich an der Kasse ein Ticket kauft, fördert damit die Freien Projektestände. Das ist zwar optional (wir zwingen niemand, die Projektestände zu fördern), aber wenn das Geld für die Projekte nicht auf irgendeine Weise wieder reinkommt, wovon sollen wir denn dann die Fläche und die Stände bezahlen? Die wachsen ja nicht einfach auf der Messe aus dem Boden und sind dann voll ausgestattet einfach da.

Also wäre es durchaus "nett", eine reguläre Eintrittskarte zu kaufen. Das macht zwar keinen allzu signifikanten Anteil an dem aus, was das Vortragsprogramm und die Stände für die Projekte uns kosten, aber zeigt wenigstens den guten Willen. Und was im Kit dabei ist, ist den Preis auf jeden Fall auch wert. ;-)

You can purchase a LinuxTag-kit at LinuxTag, containing the conference CD, a Linux live-system, a pin and some other goodies besides the ticket. We need the visitor statistics by people either buying a kit or filling out the pre-registration form or delivering the GPL tickets at the entrance.

Everybody who buys a ticket at the counter supports the free software projects booths. This is fully optional (we do not force anybody to do this), but if the costs for the free software projects booths cannot be raised somehow, how shall we pay the booths and the equipment for them - they don't just grow out of the ground and are fully equipped by magic.

Insofar it would be "nice" to buy a regular ticket. That does not cover a very large part of the costs we have for the free conference program and the free software booths, but it shows at least good will. And besides this, the contents of the kit are worth the fee ;-).

If you are one of the people who is staffing a projects booth, you don't need the above. You are invited to use it, though. We will have exhibitor passes instead.
