LinuxNacht - LinuxTag 2002 Social Event

This years s social event is called LinuxNacht and will take place on Thursday evening (June 6th) in the Zentrum für Kunst und Medientechnologie (ZKM) that contains a museum for Interactive Arts. There will be a stage (most probably for musicians and some speaches) as well as food and drinks.

There will be finger food for all people and non-alcoholic drinks for free. Alcoholic drinks will be served at the bar, but only for cash.

There will be a band playing this evening: Trigon. If you want to get an idea of their music, check their homepage, on which they are providing both, Ogg and MP3 samples.

From 20:30 to 23:00 the Museum for New Media is opened exclusively for people attending the LinuxNacht. You should probably not miss this since it contains all kinds of freaky aparates and machines, like old 2600 consoles and Amiga machines. Everything is designed for interactive you, so touch it, use it, feel it.
