Latest News on the front page

From now on the front page features subjects of news headlines.
The front page of infodrom Oldenburg has always been a little bit
unbalanced since the menu on the left side was quite short. On the
other hand, recent news haven't been displayed on the front page and
presented. In an effort to fix both issues at the same time, a news
box has been introduced in the left column below the side menu.
