2006-11-27: New Version 1.0.4

The new version 1.0.4 of dbview has been released today. This does not mark ten years of development but only small improvements. Fortunately, the dBase III/IV format is stable not much has to be done with this package and hence only little development is required.

However, this release comprises several improvements and new features:

• Support for deleted records via --deleted|-D
• Improved handling of differences between dBase III and dBase III+ files
• Improved error handling

Deleted records will be marked in the browse output with the delete flag field itself. In the record based output a special Delete field will be added to the list of fields per record if the record is marked deleted in the database file.
