DTM support (Definitive Type Manager, formerly Debian Type Manager).

Federico: I am slowly working toward integrating the tex macros fontinst and DTM to make ps fonts available to tex/latex. I am also writing a GUI in perlgtk. I will release something i a couple of weeks and I will be glad if the maintainers of packages that use/install fonts can have a look at the stuff.
